Movie about Latvian history

I remember from my childhood a great animated plasticine cartoon – “Avārijas brigāde” (eng. “Emergency brigade”) by film studio “Animācijas brigāde” (eng. “Animation brigade”). I liked to watch it on TV. And here it is, a small movie about Latvian history from “Avārijas brigāde”!

Videos from LATA 12. november conference

I just wanted to say, that those who weren’t on LATA 12. november conference now can see videos from it there:

• „Atvērtā pirmkoda programmatūras izmantošana VSAA” (Presentation is in Latvian.)
• “MySQL, Powering the Web Economy” (Kaj Arnö’s presentation was really cool as I said in my older post, see by yourself. Suggest to watch it for everyone.)
• “Open Standards and Open Document Format from OpenOffice.org perspective” (After this presentation, I started to use only OpenOffice.Org for my writing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. Say no – to M$ Office!!!)
• Signes Bāliņas uzruna LATAs konferencē (Presentation is in Latvian.)
• “Open source and open standard developments in Russia. Activities and rationale behind” (It was a great presentation. I suggest to watch it too. Presentation is in Russian.)
