Recalling parkour trainings
That was 2 years ago…
My first video – “Agnese” (It’s called “Agnese”, because the name of the shop is “Agnese”)
And my last – “Tvinky solo” video
Parkour (sometimes also abbreviated to PK) or l’art du déplacement (en: the art of movement) is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—and can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Parkour practitioners are referred to as traceurs, or traceuses for females.

When I started to learn in University - I didn’t have free time for parkour. I even didn’t know anyone who could want to train with me here in Daugavpils. First 2 study courses had 90% of high level math so I couldn’t find free time for that.
I will try to get back my form after snow & ice disappears. I will do it alone if no one will join me ![]()
