Seven Things meme

“Seven Things meme” idea is simple. Someone shares 7 facts about himself and gives relay to other seven people who do the same. These 7 facts must be not very well known to public. Endy (eng. ver. google translate link) has started a chain reaction in LV blogsphere. And now I have got an invitation from Mfz (eng. ver. google translate link).

1. I was interested in brake dance from the form 9 to 11. I was lazy and didn’t get in it very much. As a result I didn’t learn a lot of tricks during the time I spent on trainings. I think that’s because I wasn’t concentrated on dancing. Then I got interested in Parkour at the end of 12. form and I learnt a lot of tricks in a few months – much more than in break dance. That is because I was concentrated on Parkour. My conclusion is like that: if you want to do something good and better than others – you must concentrate on it a lot!

2. I really love playing computer games. My favorite game genre – “3D shooters”. I really like to play them in multiplayer mode.  But I also like other genre games. I was really addicted on “Ultima Online“. I played it for more than 4 years on the server of “13th dimension” server. I also remember how I went to sleep a little bit earlier to get up at 04:00 and play UO without lags/ping. (Sometimes Internet was laggy even at 04:00. My ISP was a kind of “sux”: ~18kb/sec, ping was too high when someone downloaded something and the Internet worked only in .lv zone).

3. One day I saw a film: “Hooligans“… It was so interesting that I watched it ~10 times. Every time when I showed the film to my friends, I watched it together with him/her even if I had seen it 5 times before and my friend had not. We even had one fight scene on the street because of this film – shame on me! I really don’t suggest to watch it if you are under 20.

4. I haven’t used alcohol for 2 years. All this time I was propogated not to drink. Now I have started to use  a little bit of it for medical purposes. The stress of University and life makes health problems to me. I believe that it is better to find a better stress removal way than alcohol but I wasn’t able to find it in those 2 years I spent in Daugavpils. I will try this way but if this will not help me then I don’t know what to do. And don’t forget that alcohol is bad to your health in big quantity!

5. I don’t like to live in Latvia. I hate Latvian politics, roads with pits, education system and people who don’t observe the law.

6. I live together with my girlfriend for more than 2 years now and I haven’t met her relatives but she has met all mine. I’ll try to keep this way till our weddings

7. I remember how I played games with my cousins when we were younger. One of our game had very simple rules: One must run away and others must catch the one. We played this game at home. When I ran away from them I couldn’t decide where to hide – in the kitchen or in an other room. I failed to decide where to hide and so I ran with my head into doorpost – that was an epic fail!
