Meet the Mormons
Yesterday was a hard day. All day I was working on presentation and report about “Wireless network solutions”. But there was one interesting moment wanted to write about.
I was so tired working all the day that I decided to take a brake and go shopping… On the way back to student’s hotel I saw 2 Mormons and told to my girlfriend that they will try to communicate with us. I was right, and I had funny dialog with one of them.

M: (In Russian) Hello
I: (In Latvian) Hello
M: (In English) Latvian? (And started to call his friend, who knows Latvian. He looked a little bit shocked. I think that’s because in Daugavpils there are more Russian speaking people than Latvian)
I: (In Russian) If you want to talk about English learning, I’m not interested in it.
M: (In English) You speak English?
I: (In English) Yes, and I don’t have problems with that. I’m learning it by myself. Bye.
M: (In English) Ok, bye.
P.S It was second time, when I speak with them. First time dialog was in Russian. I think that it would be great to communicate with them and get better level in English, but I’m really not interested in religion and don’t want to go there, because they could try to get me into this stuff 
And of course that’s a little bit sad that they don’t know Latvian when they come to Latvia with their missionary.
